We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Discover@thebebeshop.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not process exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will not give a confirmation of diagnosis of any condition to you but will advise you to seek further advice from a relevant health professional .
In the event of an emergency please do not contact The Bebe Shop and or book any appointments with us. Please contact the relevant emergency services urgently!
Please ensure you arrive to your confirmed appointment in good time, as the time slots are fixed and cannot be extended,
We advise that you arrive at appointments and webinars at least 5 minutes early. We are unable to give refunds if your internet connection fails during appointment and webinars.
Please ensure you have a strong internet connection prior to your appointment.
Please be aware that appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your confirmed appointment date and time. We are unable to process a refund if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before this.
We ask that you can be in a calm environment during your appointment, where possible.
We have a zero tolerance for abuse and inappropriate behaviour, if our staff are subjected to this the appointment will be terminated immediately, your account will be closed and a refund will not be issued back to you.
The Bebe shop is based in the United Kingdom (UK), therefore the information we share is evidence based and are resourced from services such as UNICEF, NHS direct, NICE guidelines and the World Health organisation In addition to credible evidence based UK services.

Cancellations of appointments must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment commencing. *
The Bebe shop will keep confidential records on all clients for 10 years after the last entry and the client or carer may inspect the files by arrangement. Under the Data Protection Act 1998, The Bebe shop has been entered on the Data Protection register.
If The Bebe shop must cancel your appointment for internal reasons, a full refund will be given and and another appointment will be offered.
